1 can Mexicorn, drained
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Mix together and serve. Keeps well!
1 medium onion
4-8 jalapeno peppers, seeded
(to your taste)
1 pound cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 cups mayonaise
Finely chop onion and peppers. Grate cheese. Mix onion, pepper, cheese, garlic salt and mayonaise. Blend 3 minutes, or until fluffy. This will make 1-1/2 quarts of dip.
