Experienced Electric Utility Lineman
Rusk County Electric Cooperative (RCEC) is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill two (2) full-time Experienced Electric Utility Lineman positions at our headquarters located at 3162 SH 43 East, Henderson, Texas.
Typical Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Successful candidates will join our Operations Department and must be capable of performing all duties associated with a Lineman position, including both overhead and underground work, with minimal supervision. This role also includes assisting with crew safety, on-the-job training, and supervision. The ability to lead a crew in the absence of a Senior Lineman or Crew Foreman is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- First Class Lineman (Journeyman) or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of electric utility line experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Texas Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Strong safety record and good driving history
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
Compensation & Benefits:
